Arranging an event
Dates, availability, pricing, guest counts, inclusions and payment timing must be confirmed with the club. This website does not reserve dates or sell event tickets. Non-member events require member sponsorship.
Planning and vendors
Discuss menus, dietary needs and outside professionals with the events team. Outside catering is not permitted. Wedding cakes and certain event professionals may be arranged subject to club requirements.
Changes and cancellations
Attendee changes, substitutions, cancellations, postponements and refunds are governed by the particular event agreement. Obtain these terms before paying. If the club needs to change an event, the arrangements must be confirmed directly with the booking contact.
